Currently, our Sales team is searching for a Used Car Sales Graduate . About our Graduate Management Program Our Graduate Management Program offers unique opportunities to fresh graduates who are ready to showcase their talent, while gaining invaluable experience working with an iconic brand. You will be responsible for pre-grounding activities, which involve following up on vehicle returns, conducting fleet stock audits, and maintaining records. You will be responsible for managing pre-sale operational activities, such as ordering internal parts, managing the Used Vehicle Management System (UVMS), and handling supplier invoicing for payment. You will be responsible for supporting the team by monitoring the efficient processing of vehicles in the remarketing online platform, which includes pricing, taking photos, and ensuring regular upkeep. You will drive post-sale processing by promptly following up on payment from sales providers and dealers. You will support with lead generation activities and learn how they intersect with sales strategies. You will contribute to the creation of compelling integrated marketing and communications content, and related retail and brand promotional materials. Qualifications & Experience A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or related discipline required. Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Demonstrated ability to work proactively with advanced organisational skills, growth mindset and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities. Possess solid financial acumen with previous experience in interpreting and analysing data. Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; proficiency in Excel is highly advantageous. What do we offer?
