For more information, visit: www.dotmar.com.au Competitive salary with profit share and all tools of the trade provided (car, phone, laptop) Outstanding career progression opportunities Immediate start available Role and Responsibilities: Drive sales and develop new business opportunities Conduct customer visits to assist in specification and design Manage customer enquiries from initial assessment through to quoting and supply Build and maintain strong customer relationships Understand and influence the decision-making process in larger accounts Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries from new customers Provide material specifications, design, and process information Prepare and follow up on quotations to close sales Engage in proactive customer contact for market intelligence and sales generation Liaise with manufacturing staff regarding customer orders Participate in business development and discover new customers and applications Attend training to develop and maintain relevant knowledge and skills Maintain accurate customer and sales records Plan and report to execute the sales plan What You Need to Succeed: Proven experience in external sales or business development in a manufacturing environment – exposure to engineering plastics is a bonus Strong desire to work across multiple industries and develop solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Self-starter with excellent time management skills Team player with a positive working attitude Current driver's license Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred but not essential) Australian/New Zealand residency or citizenship (no temporary visas) About us: Dotmar Engineering Plastics Ltd is a market leader with over 55 years of experience in Australia and New Zealand.
