Troubleshooting of L2 issues (hardware/software). Assist L1s with guidance and mentorship. Maintain a high level of customer service throughout. Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner. Monitor and maintain systems and networks. Installation, configuration, and upgrades of software. Assist with the creation of technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest IT & Cyber Security trends. Role Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Server management (installation, configuration, and maintenance). Experience with DHCP, DNS, and VPNs. Network Administration (Cisco). Experience with VMware, vSphere, ESXi. Experience working with routers, switches, VPNs, DNS, DHCP. Experience in AD, MS Windows Servers, MS Exchange Servers. Experience in MS Office 365 solutions. Experience working with cloud technology and solutions (Azure). Self-motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision. Strong work ethic, initiative, and troubleshooting skills.
