Safety Administrator — The Rocks, Sydney

The Project John Holland, CPB Contractors and Ghella will soon commence design and construction work for the Sydney Metro West - Eastern Tunnelling Package. With a contract worth $1.63 billion, the Eastern Tunnelling Package includes construction of 3.5-kilometre tunnels under Sydney Harbour between The Bays and the Sydney CBD, and the excavation of Pyrmont and Hunter Street stations. Starting at The Bays, tunnel boring machines will cross the harbour near the Anzac Bridge, before heading to the new Pyrmont station and then under Darling Harbour before reaching Hunter Street in the heart of the CBD. This is the final piece in the puzzle to deliver the city-shaping Sydney Metro West project. The Role As the Safety Administrator your role will be to provide administrative support to the project, which typically includes assisting with tasks such as data entry; the maintenance of records; compiling of reports, stakeholder communications; and secretarial support as required. Manage and maintain project records relating to HSEQ Support the HSE team in management of subcontractor paperwork and compliance Maintain reports and documentation concerning aspects of the safety program Setting up organisations in the system Skills and Experience Prior experience within a similar role The ability to thrive in a dynamic and busy environment.
