This is the job Join us as a Finance Administrator and you will play a key role in reconciling reports from various AA systems using Microsoft excel to maintain financial control in line with departmental guidelines, group risk control and audit requirements. You will also be responsible for investigating and identifying issues arising from these reconciliations and correcting the relevant system. What will I be doing? Master Our Accounting Systems: You'll ensure all process documentation is accurately captured, validated, and authorised within our robust accounting framework. Maintain Records: Your attention to detail will be crucial as you manage customer and supplier records, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and within set timelines. Financial Accuracy: Through efficient system reconciliations and controls, you'll minimise risks and uphold our commitment to delivering accurate financial information. Drive Month-End Success: Your expertise will shine as you conduct financial reconciliations for control and bank accounts. You will prepare and process journals and Balance Sheet Rec's, and generate insightful management reports that inform and guide our business decisions. Resolve Queries: You'll be the go-to person for resolving supplier and internal customer queries, providing expert advice and guidance that upholds our service standards. What do I need? Capability, Knowledge and Experience: Strong administration skills and experience Microsoft skills (especially Excel) Data gathering, system interrogation and analysis skills SAP skills Personal Characteristics: Strong written and verbal communication Skills Strong ability to work as part of a team and independently Able to prioritise and adapt in a changing environment Can do attitude Attention to detail Honesty and integrity Commercially minded Accurate, thorough and reliable Self-motivated, highly organised and methodical with attention to detail.
