Your team Within the Information Technology (IT) Service Management department, you will be part of a collaborative team as a System Administrator actively working to support our platform(s). Reporting to the Platform Manager, IT Service Management and working closely with other Analysts, this is an excellent opportunity for you to be part of a high performing team, working alongside experienced people who are passionate about protecting the security and stability of our technology estate. Your background We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of our Service Management platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, security and scalability of our environments to meet the evolving needs of our organisation. To be successful in this critical role you will: 3 - 5 years industry experience Proven experience configuring and administrating leading IT Service Management platforms including ServiceNow.
