With the country depending upon our systems being secure, highly resilient and efficient, you will work within the Bank's Information Technology (IT) department, and experience the capability-building opportunity to work with Australia's most critical systems. Your team Within the Information Technology (IT) Service Management department, you will be part of a collaborative team as a System Administrator actively working to support our platform(s). Reporting to the Platform Manager, IT Service Management and working closely with other Analysts, this is an excellent opportunity for you to be part of a high performing team, working alongside experienced people who are passionate about protecting the security and stability of our technology estate. Your background We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of our Service Management platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, security and scalability of our environments to meet the evolving needs of our organisation. To be successful in this critical role you will: 3 - 5 years industry experience Proven experience configuring and administrating leading IT Service Management platforms including ServiceNow. ITIL Certified Have experience in building high reliability operating culture and performance Have strong IT infrastructure and project delivery experience, including experience across core infrastructure, end-user technology, Cloud, Dev Ops, automation, service management and operations Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders across the Reserve Bank and externally Be an energetic strategic thinker who has considerable attention to detail Have a curious and accountable mindset Relevant degree qualifications Be More Working for an organisation that truly makes a difference to the people of Australia, we can offer development and career opportunities in a collaborative environment that supports your growth, wellbeing and promotes flexibility.
