You will be working with a growing, well-established organisation that is a specialist within its field. About the Role A Part-time opportunity is available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly cross-functional team. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service administration, supporting all business departments, product specialists, and engineers alongside outsourced service freight departments. Responsibilities will be, but not limited to are: Data Entry - Processing Purchase Orders Answering Telephone with customer queries Review customer accounts, contracts Freight Management and tracking Database management Entering of invoices through SAP General admin ad-hoc duties as required About You To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following. Must have order entry experience Willing to work 5 days per week, part-time hours, opportunity to work from home 2 out of the 5 days Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service/administrator role, ideally supporting internal and external stakeholders Strong Data Entry Skills and Microsoft Office skills with experience in SAP / ERP Systems Multi-task orientated with a high attention to detail Ability to manage own workload and work effectively within a busy team This permanent part-time role is approx. 22.5 hours per week.
