. Purpose of Role The AI Engineer will play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions for clinical decision support and operational excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the AI Engineer will contribute to the design, development, deployment and monitoring of AI models, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI solutions to address specific business challenges. Develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI initiatives. Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance and integration. Document solutions and present results with team leadership and stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI to recommend and implement best practices. Relationships The AI Engineer reports to the Principal AI Engineer and collaborate closely with data scientists, software developers and QA engineers. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java. Familiarity with deep learning techniques and frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with version control tools such as Git Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) preferable Experience of working with medical images and/or large language models preferable Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
