Contact person Bree Devereaux Contact details Ph: (07) 3109 4777 Access the National Relay Service What you will be doing: Apply specialist skills and knowledge of human-centred design (HCD) to content and service design projects for various digital platforms. Develop and conduct research and engagement activities e.g. surveys, customer interviews, tree testing, usability testing. Prepare high quality research documents including discovery, insights and journey mapping artefacts to support service design and delivery. Design and develop strategic customer-centric solutions of a complex and substantial nature for various digital platforms, including web applications and forms. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies and online better practices to support improving digital customer experience. Advise clients on best practice, mandatory standards and policy for web (e.g. accessibility requirements, information architecture). Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure online services are strategic, customerfocussed and highly effective. Due to machinery of government the department is now called the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works Applications to remain current for 12 months.
