Develop and conduct research and engagement activities e.g. surveys, customer interviews, tree testing, usability testing. Prepare high quality research documents including discovery, insights and journey mapping artefacts to support service design and delivery. Design and develop strategic customer-centric solutions of a complex and substantial nature for various digital platforms, including web applications and forms. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies and online better practices to support improving digital customer experience. Advise clients on best practice, mandatory standards and policy for web (e.g. accessibility requirements, information architecture). Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure online services are strategic, customerfocussed and highly effective.
