The role Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm | Multiple Opportunities Office Based Role (new Scoresby office with on-site parking) Immediate Start | Temp or Perm Join the sales support team as a crucial member dedicated to air conditioning products and customers. This role involves direct communication with account customers and the sales team to manage orders and enquiries, providing top-notch service and clear communication both internally and externally. You will also assist with invoicing, inventory, promotion information, and maintaining order and delivery control systems. Duties Answer sales support calls and emails promptly and professionally. Manage the sales inbox, responding to all queries within 24 hours. Provide requested inventory, delivery, and dispatch details within the same day. Handle customer return and credit requests. Update customers on any ETA or order changes. Coordinate with logistics partners to meet delivery schedules. Support the field sales team with stock and delivery queries. Proactively identify sales opportunities and enhance customer support/experience. Skills and Experience Customer Service/Sales Support experience gained in a similar role. Experience in the HVAC/air conditioning industry is a plus. Clear and concise communication, adaptable to the audience. Excellent attention to detail in both written and verbal communication. Practical application of commercial knowledge. Team-oriented with a willingness to assist and support colleagues. Effective time management to meet objectives within given time frames.
