The role: Daimler Truck Financial Services (DTFSAu) has an exciting new opportunity for an energetic and driven Administration Officer to join our team for a 12 month fixed term period. Based at our Head Office in Mulgrave, you will be supporting, assisting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to help achieve the highest levels of performance for the Credit Operations team. This role is a great position, offering an opportunity to monitor and conduct floorplan funding movement for the dealer network whilst increasing your exposure and skills across a broad variety of other Credit Operations topics. Reporting into the Team Leader, Wholesale Operations, your key responsibilities will include: Daily payment of New Vehicle Tax Invoices Processing of Dealer payments (Processing of Direct Debit Files and Clearing Bank Statement on payments received) Load and set up Dealer Credit limits in the Wholesale system Daily monitoring of dealer credit limits to ensure that the dealers are operating within their approved limits Regular daily/monthly reporting as required, including specific ad hoc reports as required Support the broader Credit Operations team with administrative support as required Qualifications Who we are looking for: The successful candidate will possess a passion for administration and a genuine interest in bringing your accuracy and eye for detail into a role that requires strong stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills. Your sound numeracy skills will make this role the perfect all rounder to give you the job satisfaction you are looking for across this 12 month period. A self-starter with a collaborative approach to success in this role, your willingness to learn and participate in a team oriented culture balanced with managing independent work will be critical for success in this role. Your great skills with Microsoft Office and general organisational and administration skills are essential. A qualification or commercial experience in banking or finance would be advantageous.
