Above award rates Blacktown Workers Club (Group) is seeking friendly, experienced, well presented and vibrant Customer Service Professionals who are able to join our team. About the Role Your main focus will be to provide high levels of Customer Service in a fast and efficient manner. This will include, but not limited to, the service of food/drink and attending to gaming machine faults and payouts to our members and guests, in a knowledgeable and professional manner, following the Club’s Guidelines, Policies and Procedures. In this role you will be required to : Deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests; Attend to gaming machine maintenance and payouts; Provide food/drink service to our members and guests upon receiving their order in a prompt ,friendly and professional manner; Always be familiar with the Club’s products, offers, procedures and policies; ensuring compliance with the Clubs RSA/RCG policy and any incidents reported accordingly; Adhere with all Blacktown Workers Club (Group) workplace policies and procedures; Above award wages Casual hourly rates Monday - Friday $33.00 Saturday $39.60 Sunday $46.20 About You To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications, skills & experience: Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills; Possess a "Can do" attitude; Ability to speak, read and understand clear, concise and fluent English; Basic math skills; Knowledge of Gaming Machine operations; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to multitask and switch tasks seamlessly; Hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling Certificate (RCG) Essential or willing to obtain Related training or equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to follow instruction; Ability to understand written and verbal instructions; Be able to demonstrate an understanding of WH&S policies & procedures; Basic knowledge of the gaming machines rules & regulations, including the AML/CTF act.
