The Role: Customer service and sales support for our Key Customers within the Manufacturing & Building Industries - inbound and outbound customer call/emails, taking queries, providing quotes, placing orders & follow ups Providing solutions based on your product knowledge to customers Actively working toward KPI’s and targets Showcase your troubleshooting and resolution capabilities Analyse customer quotes, orders and sales About You: Experience in customer service/sales within manufacturing or industrial environment Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, with your ability to think on your feet Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
