We are currently seeking an Administrator for an immediate start in Ravenhall Our Valued Client, is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator for their day shift, Monday to Friday. As an Administration Officer your daily duties will involve general administration duties (corresponding to emails, filing paperwork, and mailing), liaising with warehouse staff and customers on a daily basis, as well as sorting through consignments. To be successful for this role you must: Have Transport Industry knowledge / Experience (Highly Regarded) Order processing Customer service experience (Phone/email and face to face) Able to create and understand spreadsheets High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Have Excellent time management skills, and a CAN DO Attitude Be able to work 5 days Monday - Friday. Be ability to work well independently, as well as within a team Be flexible with overtime as needed This position is ongoing casual but could lead to permanent work in the western suburbs and would suit someone with a willing attitude and great work ethic.
