We are looking for a Spare Parts Specialist & Warehouse Worker to join our Supply Chain Customer Service Department, which in E80 Group deals with managing the supply of spare parts for installed systems. Responsibilities 1. Spare Parts Management • Deal with spare parts customer’s requests through Sales Force ticketing system. • Manage all procedures from the customer’s request to the delivery of the component through SAP and Sage ERP: processing offers, entering sales orders into the management system, manage order confirmations and delivery times, etc. • Support the customer in choosing the spare part/s needed. • Manage any consignment stock. • Manage spare parts warranties. • Deal with reverse logistics' cases, in which the product is returned for recovery, repair, recycling, or disposal. • Manage the local Spare Parts Warehouse. 2. Warehouse Management 2.1 Receiving and inventory • Receive incoming shipments and check if they match the corresponding purchase order or invoice. • Unload items from trucks, unpack them, check the absence of damages, in order to store them in the proper location. • Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels using Sage ERP. 2.2 Order fulfillment • Pick and pack customer’s and internal orders (like maintenance and service items), according to provided packing lists or shipping instructions. • Apply labels and shipping documents on items. • Collaborate with shipping carriers to schedule pick-ups and ensure timely delivery of orders. 2.3 Warehouse organization and maintenance • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, in order to ensure a safe work environment. • Provide annual inventory counts. • Use warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet trucks, safely and proficiently. 2.4 Documentation and record keeping • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments. • Prepare necessary documentation for outbound shipments, including bills of lading and shipping labels. • Fill out documents and reports of warehouse activities. 2.5 Quality control and compliance • Make regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products, in order to match the required standards. • Ensure the respect of safety guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations. • Promptly report any safety hazard, damage, or discrepancy to the supervisors. Requirements • Technical Qualification or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or similar field. • 2 years of experience in spare parts management. • Strong customer orientation. • Very good communication skills. • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly Outlook and Excel). • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Italian language will be considered a plus. • Working experience on SAP; knowldege of Sage ERP will be considered a plus. • Forklift driving qualification • Permanent or temporary (2 years minum) rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
