With a strong project pipeline, they’re seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The Role Supporting the Project Management team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of commercial projects across a range of industry sectors. Key tasks & responsibilities will include: Contract preparation including the development of scope of works. Tender preparation, submission review, and assessment. Reviewing variations, assessing, and processing claims. Project cost reporting. Ongoing contract management. About you 3-5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder / contractor. Qualifications in Construction Management or relevant trade background. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience dealing with a range of stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail. A team contributor.
