About the Centre/Service Eltham Woods Preschool is a community-run preschool set in our beautiful playground in Eltham. Our Families embrace our commitment to provide play-based programs. The group is smaller on this day with 20 children. The role would suit a recently graduated teacher with a couple of years experience, who has a desire to learn within an experienced team. It would also suit a teacher currently working locally who is seeking more hours of work. The teaching role will support existing teachers in providing a play-based program for our 4 YO rotational model. This is a shared teaching role across the day. The hours also include the associated non-contact time as per VECTEA 2020. Qualifications Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ACECQA approved) Full VIT registration First Aid certificate (including current CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma) Child Protection Certificate Working knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law Act and Regulations, The National Quality Standards, Child Safe Standards and the Victoria Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
