This is a pivotal role supporting manager/staff, ensuring effective branch operations for a learing vehicle transmissions manufacturer in QLD. About the role: We are looking for a Branch Admin that will be playing a pivotal role in supporting the branch manager and staff, ensuring that the branch office functions effectively and effectively. Main responsibilities: Provide administrative support to branch managers (scheduling meetings and maintaining records). Being the main point of contact for customers by assisting them with inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction (via phone, email, online or face to face). You will be responsible for managing the financial transactions related to both creditors and debtors during overnight banking activities (depositing cash or checks, reconciling accounts or preparing deposits for the next business day). You will be processing through the system. Coordinating with other branches or departments. Main requirements: Experience using Excel spreadsheets 2 years of experience in a Branch Administrative role or similar About you: You enjoy working with people and want to integrate within a dynamic team. Customer service experience with a belief in the importance of providing exceptional customer service every time. Professional, friendly and motivated. Clear and consistent communicator. Motivated and well-organised, with superior administration and problem-solving skills.
