About the role Our Strategy and Governance (S&G) division plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our strategic initiatives, governance, policy, engagement, and advisory services at Queensland Public Trustee (QPT). S&G is responsible for a wide range of services across QPT, assisting Board of Management in prioritising approach, strategy, programs and projects, maintaining whole of organisation objectives, and providing rigorous, timely and accurate advice about whole of QPT strategy, policy, governance and engagement and progress and performance against the agency's strategic objectives. As an Administration Officer, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts, providing high-quality confidential administrative and executive support to the Strategy and Governance division. This role reports to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Strategy and Governance. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures. Your role is essential in maintaining efficient office management and facilitating the success of our strategic objectives. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Brisbane City.
