ABOUT THE POSITION. As a Hydraulic Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and implementation of hydraulic systems for a variety of projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that optimize water management, drainage, and plumbing systems while adhering to regulatory standards and industry best practices. DUTIES. Conduct hydraulic analysis and modeling to support the design process Develop detailed engineering designs for water supply, drainage, and stormwater management systems Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate hydraulic solutions seamlessly into project designs Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications. Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience in hydraulic engineering, preferably within a consulting environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with relevant Australian standards and regulatory requirements CULTURE.
