Customer Service Sales Support Mat Leave cover Initial 6-12 Month contract Customer Service background Sales / Marketing The Role: This role, under the direction of the Business Development & Marketing Manager, is essential for handling sales inquiries, directly engaging with customers, and enhancing our sales strategy through detailed research and development. Key Responsibilities: Master our sales processes and product offerings. Handle sales and customer inquiries collaboratively. Utilise advanced software tools for comprehensive customer, job, and financial data management. Drive lead generation and sales discovery through diligent research and development. Support the sales team in strategy formulation and execution. Commit to our OH&S Policy by maintaining high safety standards. What We're Looking For: Proficiency in Pronto, Reckon, LeGrand CRM, MS Office, and similar tools. Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for engaging and understanding client needs. Strong inclination towards research, development, and lead generation. Quick learner with a deep understanding or willingness to learn about our services and products.
