We are currently seeking reliable, dedicated, and flexible Customer Service Assistants to join a small team at a local Second Chance Re-use Shop in partnership with Mornington Park Waste Transfer Station. Mornington Park Waste Transfer Station supports waste minimisation and a reduction of waste to landfill through the reprocessing and recycling of materials. Role includes: Providing exceptional customer service. Assisting customers with the selection of goods. Stocking of shelves. Merchandising stock and ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed. Processing of sales through the cash register and using EFTPOS machines. Weighbridge Operations. Key Requirements: Strong customer service skills. Switched on with capabilities to work under pressure also perform cash handling and computer usage. Able to perform lifting of items in the shop environment. Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Driver's license and own reliable transport Experience with building construction materials (desirable) What`s on offer: Immediate Start. Competitive hourly rate, plus penalties on weekends.
