Techforce Personel is currently working with our long standing client based in the Geraldton area in search of a site administrator on a 24 month fixed term contract with strong possibility for extension. Located in Port Gregory the ideal candidate will be based in Geraldton, the client will provide transport for each day of work. Currently searching for an experienced site administrators to work on an exciting new project in the Geraldton/Port Kennedy area. Experience in a similar role is essential, reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include: Overseeing management of daily tasks and operations of the office including tracking of supplies, equipment and facilities. Supporting colleagues with administration tasks, such as answering mainline phone calls, filing, greeting visitors or contractors whilst following correct procedures. Receive and distribute freight for Port Gregory site Organisation of stock levels within the office including, PPE, stationary and managing this through data spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role covering tasks such as: Management of invoicing for freight goods Maintain main office email account and queries General administration duties e.g minute taking The role is currently under careful consideration of rooster confirmation.
