Seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in supporting a small team in a busy Public Practice located in Nedlands Our Client, a firm based in Nedlands that offers both Taxation Solutions & Financial Planning, is seeking to employ an experienced Administrator to support a small team in a busy Public Practice. Key responsibilities: Rolling tax returns and job projects Setting up new clients and logging work in Preparing tax letters for job finalisation Opening new year tax returns Collating and pre filling information for clients Liaising with Banks, ATO and ASIC Review and proof read documentation & letters Other basic Bookkeeping duties to start which will increase overtime Other ad hoc admin work as required Job Requirements 8-10 years experience in an Administrative role Strong communication and literacy skills Accurate attention to detail and ability to follow processes Enjoy working with people and assisting internal and external stakeholders Intermediate – Advanced knowledge in MS Office (exposure to MYOB or Xero highly desirable) If you meet the criteria and would like the opportunity to work with a small team but lovely team, please apply now by email to joyall4people.com
