About Challenge Our Disability Services - Day Programs help clients live fulfilling lives through engaging activities and community participation, while building life skills and confidence. We cater to individuals with varying support needs, including those who use wheelchairs and other aids, and provide additional medical and care support. Clients attend weekdays for day programs or weekends for community participation, tailored to their disability level and goals. Support workers help clients develop skills through activities like cooking, music, crafts, sports, reading, and singing. The Role As a Disability Support Worker in our Day Programs, you will support clients with disabilities, focusing on skill development and enriching their lives through enjoyable activities. This role may also include providing in-home support, requiring flexibility for afternoon and night shifts.
