You will have the opportunity to work within an existing team in a diverse project and commercial services sector. You will work towards client satisfaction with accurately and swiftly delivered service. We are currently looking for an Administration Officer for our thriving trades business, with an immediate start. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for: Managing the complete administration function (including supporting admin staff) Being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and employees Allocation of jobs to tradespersons (using online systems) Accounts receivable and payable Invoicing and quoting Maintaining working relationships with clients, contractors and prospective clients.
