Our client is on the rise They’re a trades, services, and project management business, looking for someone special to join them. Due to their continuous growth, they have a brand-new Estimating role open for an experienced Estimator or someone with a background in trade Project Management/Site Management. What You’ll Be Doing: Work directly with clients onsite to develop accurate Scope of Works. Prepare precise estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs. Evaluate and negotiate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure all work complies with legislative and contractual OHS requirements. What We’re Looking For: At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in refurbishments and rebuilds, or 5 years in estimating in the same field. Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Proficiency in construction cost estimating software and tools. Ability to juggle multiple clients, contractors, and supplies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of OHS practices, legislation, Australian building codes, regulations, and current market rates.
