The role You will act as a legal counsel covering GBG's APAC region, providing advice on commercial contracts, new partners, products, services & jurisdictions, reporting into our APAC Principal Legal Counsel What you will do Negotiating high-value, complex, and often multi-jurisdictional contracts with GBG's APAC customers, partners, and suppliers Providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on contractual matters, general corporate matters, new products, services, technology, and entry into new APAC markets Building deep business partnering relationships with a broad group of GBG team members in multiple countries Working collaboratively with your Global Privacy, Legal, Risk, and Regulation team members to ensure that your legal advice appropriately reflects regulatory requirements and GBG's risk appetite Monitoring and tracking new legal and regulatory risks in the APAC region Seeking advice from external counsel (if necessary)
