The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our company, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will be to listen, understand, and address their needs while providing exceptional service and support. Whether it's answering enquiries, resolving complaints, or offering product information, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building brand loyalty. Responsibilities of the role include: Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat, or social media) in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Problem Solving Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring a swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and advice to customers. Product Knowledge Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges. Upselling & Cross-selling Identify opportunities to promote additional products/services to enhance the customer's experience and meet sales targets. Documentation Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback. Collaboration Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to address customer needs effectively. Continuous improvement Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to continually improve service quality. Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Strong customer service experience Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Strong computer literacy and data entry skills 1-2 years' experience in a similar role Experience with using CRM systems.
