You will ideally possess professional knowledge, practice, and experience to deliver an engaging and relevant secondary Mathematics curriculum using a positive, student-focused approach, and should have success working with students across a range of ability levels. The ability to differentiate curriculum and implement innovative approaches to improve outcomes for both high and low achieving students is a key element to this position. The successful applicant will ideally be able to apply the strategies of differentiated instruction and explicit teaching.
