Primary Location SA - Hope Valley Summary Service Stream currently seeking an Contract Administrator to join our Finance team in Adelaide. The Contract Administrator provides accounting, reporting, analysis and administrative support across the SA Water Field Operations contract. Raise and issue purchase orders in accordance with delegated authority. Assist in the processing of financial transactions to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information. Ensure all subcontractor requirements are maintained (insurances etc), invoices are received, and payments are made in accordance with the subcontract or supplier agreements. Accurate data entry of invoice costs to Work Orders entered into finance systems. Liaise with Managers/suppliers to resolve invoice and costing discrepancies. Data validation for accuracy. Vendor application administration and onboarding support. Assisting payroll related issues, data analysis and insights reporting. Working closely with Payroll administrator providing adhoc support as requested. About You This opportunity will suit a highly motivated and outcome driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes, and a knack for effective stakeholder engagement. Administrative experience with an understanding of the Accounts Payable process. Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is desirable. Strong written and verbal communications skills. High level of competence with Microsoft Office applications and financial management systems. High levels of data entry accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in working in a collaborative environment.
