Sales Coordinator — Mulgrave, Monash Area

We are proud of what we have achieved in the Asian food category and are looking for a new addition to our team An exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our close-knit Growth Enterprise team in Mulgrave Job description: Routine Work Maximise monthly sales budget and yearly sales budget on a personal and team basis Visit customers as per set call cycle Place orders with individual customers to optimise the stock level in a timely manner Recommend and distribute new lines to customers Solicit additional stock orders where opportunities exist Check data code and rotate stock as required Identify out-of-stock and follow up Check quality and appearance of stock to ensure saleability and report discrepancies that may be considered a product risk Check store range compliance against applicable layout profiles Build layout and relays stores as required Maintain effective business relationship with store managers / owners Report competitive new lines or activities being launched Report parallel import product Check monthly promotional program tie-up against master file Collect outstanding payment from the customers in a timely manner Adapting to SOP and guidelines set for the sales team, and working cooperatively with other teams The above may be subject to change from time to time and be willing to undertake any other responsibility as assigned by management as and when necessary.
