Role: Assist in project preparation & project review Support Site Supervisors Develop & maintain project schedules using our project management software Assist in the construction phases of the construction process Distributing project information to contractors Assisting projects from commencement to handover Inspecting progress & completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship Maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations Qualifications: QBCC Building Supervisors licence held for minimum 12 months Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management, preferred Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card) Trade/Construction background Current drivers licence Ideally, we are looking for someone who: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Site Supervisors An ability to ensure that jobs are scheduled effectively and are managed within budget and time specifications.
