Your new role: Ausco Modular is a global & domestic market leader in the modular building industry, providing cutting edge and complete customer solutions through a unique capability in building hire, sale, manufacture, construction, project management and managed accommodation. We work with a variety of first tier construction companies, infrastructure developers, educators and various government agencies along with sporting organisations and are looking to expand our commercial and specialist product and service offering. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible to meet and exceed sales targets, by providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers by demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication. What you will bring to the role: The key function of the Sales Consultant is to generate sales through the promotion and selling of Ausco Modular products and services to customers over the phone. Other required skills and experience include: High level of professional customer service readily available first point of contact for customer enquiries. Ability to work with wider sales team to ensure all customers receive the best available service. Strong sales skills with a motivation to achieve KPI targets. Exceptional customer service skills with strong negotiation capability. Excellent communication and problem solving, planning and organisational skills. Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel and Outlook and exposure to CRM systems. Previous experience in a B2B sales environment within the building and construction industry is highly desirable but not essential.
