Responsibilities: Manage tasks to transform design and planning concepts into clear and compelling graphic images and plans. Assist in developing design plans tailored to client requirements. Produce residential landscape concept designs and plans. Prepare construction plans and detailed drawings. Liaise with clients and contractors. Handle building and council permit applications. Bring a positive attitude and develop strong team relationships across multiple business areas and locations. Undertake internal training and work towards professional accreditation with support from experienced mentors. About You This is a great opportunity to work on projects end to end and become an integral part of a skilled and committed team who are passionate about the landscape industry. You'll work closely with experienced mentors to deliver successful projects, with opportunities to visit sites frequently and progress your career in a supportive environment that nurtures talent. Ideally you will have: 1-5 years post-graduate experience. Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Enthusiastic and eager to learn a wide range of skills. Solid computer literacy and good working knowledge of Vectorworks Ability to work independently on projects and develop design concepts within a collaborative team environment. Knowledge of lodging council applications. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly, take on a variety of tasks, and problem solve. Self-motivated, well presented, and positive attitude. Queensland Construction White Card.
