About the Role: Our Erskineville location is currently seeking a passionate & motivated individual to join the team in reaching collective goals. This positions would be suitable for someone who has completed their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and looking to extend on their career goals. Key Responsibilities: Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals. Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children. Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement. Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS. Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
