OUR TEAM As part of our VTS business, our PRV team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. YOUR ROLE: Our Services and Support delivery team is currently seeking experienced Warehousing Store persons to join our team. Reporting to our Warehouse and Logistics Manager, this varied role will see you carrying out a variety of stores/warehousing tasks, to ensure delivery of service centre obligations within the scope of Service Level Agreements, on time, to budget and to the required quality. Working at our Brisbane, Eagle Farm office, on Jagera and Turrbul Land, your day to day responsibilities include: Ensuring that all spares orders are picked and packed in accordance standards and customer requirements, and ensuring customer order due dates are achieved. Supporting the maintenance team in picking parts required for maintenance orders. Perform operations of incoming reception, incoming/outgoing from warehouse (physical and logical). Conducting regular cycle counts and participating in required stocktakes. Organize or manage inventories and analyses the deviation causes, rotating product subject to shelf life efficiently to reduce wastage. Data entry and the maintaining of accurate data records. YOUR EXPERIENCE: Must have a current Forklift License, MR license would be a nice to have. Experience in online ERP Systems specifically data entry and processing, any experience with MILIS would be beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control systems and export packaging and documentation. Experience in Treatment, Preservation & Packaging of replacement parts and knowledge of dangerous goods storage and transport. Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work together in the achievement of desired business outcomes.
