This includes personal care, managing challenging behaviours, and community participation. These are shorter shifts and Support workers will need to be willing to commit to this. We will look to roster additional shifts where possible on the days of support. About You Minimum 12 months experience supporting people with disabilities. Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Disability, Youth Work, AIN, Nursing etc. Knowledge of Behaviour support plans and Restrictive Practices. Current First Aid & CPR Certificate. VIC Driver’s License & own car with comprehensive insurance. NDIS Worker Screening Check. National Police Check Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
