About the role Contract Administrator that will woek on a a $47 million residential development in mermaid Beach that consists of 50 units over 18 levels and 2 basements. Basements have been completed and construction is up to level 1. The office is based in Arundel and the Project is at Mermaid Beach. You will would be required to work out of both the office and on site as required. Reporting to the Project Manager you will also have a Junior Contract Administrator on your team. Skills & experience Must have multi story residential experience Experience in Cost Control Good communication skills Experience in Procore is beneficial but not mandatory Experience in Hammertech is beneficial but not mandatory Team Player that is willing to share knowledge and train junior staff Culture Family Orientated, positive, high quality focus supportive and accepting Team Benefits Generous salary on offer of $150 - $170 k plus Super .
