We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative to join the team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in developing and growing sales through existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities: Grow the existing customer base by establishing strong relationships and fostering customer loyalty. Handle day-to-day customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage a geographical territory of customer accounts, ensuring consistent customer contact to foster strong working relationships. Proactively engage in marketing activities to raise the profile of the product range. Develop and maintain a sufficient number of sales leads in alignment with monthly and annual budgets. Attend sales meetings to discuss progress and strategies for achieving sales targets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Internal Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, including efficient management of any customer complaints. Participate in regular staff training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle customer enquiries promptly. Candidate Requirements: Previous territory management experience is required. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service across all communication channels. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, adapting communication style to suit different audiences. Strong attention to detail and excellent written skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner to drive sales.
