The successful applicant will ideally have the capacity to deliver engaging programs that are relevant to our students' needs. It is important that the successful applicant be able to create a learning environment that is differentiated, challenging, caring, and caters for the range of needs so all students may achieve and progress. As a Quality Teaching Strategy Lead School, the successful candidate would be expected to be familiar with the Teaching for Impact framework and have an understanding of what effective teachers believe, know, and do to enable students to succeed. The successful applicant will ideally have the necessary knowledge, skills, and understanding to prepare students for NAPLAN and OLNA. Candidates who have a capacity to teach ATAR will be highly regarded. A strong focus and understanding of Information Communications Technology (ICT) is desirable. You will ideally support the implementation of the school business plan, work and teach in a team environment, and be committed to whole school approaches and initiatives.
