About the opportunity: You will work closely with Partner within the team. Day to day you will be: organising conflicting scheduling and clients enquires; preparing powerpoint presentations; preparing and amending legal correspondence, some paralegal work; managing confidential firm and client information; liaising with clients and assisting with various queries; diary management, organising travel & accommodation; file openings, closing and archiving; and other administrative ad-hoc as required Skills/Experience: Our client’s ideal candidate will have: strong legal secretarial or legal executive experience; confidence and understand the importance of client confidentiality; ability to work as a team and autonomously; and attention to details, strong organisation skills and proactive. This role will suit career high-level legal executive assistant or legal secretaries who has previously managed authors in top partner positions.
