This is a Graphic Designer role with one of the leading companies in AU right now Royal Hospital for Women Foundation with an amazing team. They are continuing to grow rapidly. More About the Role at Royal Hospital for Women Foundation The Graphic Designer will lead execution of the organisations’ branding efforts and content; print and digital. You'll be bringing to life campaigns, event collateral, style guides, proposals and funding cases, reports, and content for social media. Reporting to the Marketing and Fundraising Manager, you'll create compelling content to inspire and drive action. Working closely with the General Manager and broader Marketing Team, you will play an integral role in the reputation, growth and overall success of The Royal Hospital for Women Foundation. The successful candidate will offer: • Strong design, branding and layout principles • Proficiently use InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator • Strong typography skills and attention to detail. • Experience bringing campaigns and events to life (from conceptualization through to execution) • Comfortable with web design including understanding responsive layouts and user-centric website designs. • Be agile, quick thinking and able to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects at once. • Willing to take onboard feedback. • A natural problem-solver • You’re passionate about all things design and up-to-date with best-practice trends and emerging technologies and are eager to learn more and share ideas and skills • 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role either in house or agency • Experience working for a NFP desired but not essential. • Understanding how big campaign ideas translate through to storytelling, donations and impact. • An innovative approach to design (print and digital) We offer: • A values focused organisation and team; led by our values of Humanity, Impact and Innovation • Flexible and hybrid working environment between office and work from home (position is based in Randwick) • A small, passionate team to work with and learn from • An inspiring cause, making a meaningful difference in women’s health • Generous NFP Salary Packaging Option If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
