Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the team at this new manufacturing facility. The role has a wide remit of office related duties, including supporting the Site Manager, and Leadership team to ensure the effective running of the site. The Site Admin will ensure events and initiatives are carefully coordinated. With a high level of financial acumen, this role will process and manage the site's accounts, using SAP and spreadsheets to aid the leadership in tracking expenditure and maintaining budgets. Your key responsibilities will be to: As ‘front of house’ for this Greenfields site, the Admin Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all visitors and employees General reception and office management duties including answering phones, booking couriers, ordering and replenishing supplies across the site, welcoming visitors, and booking meetings Financial duties including the processing of invoices and purchase orders Organise and coordinate training days in conjunction with the Site Manager and/or Leadership team Coordinate and support the onboarding/induction process of new employees and casuals Provide support to the third-party labour provider if required Support the ongoing coordination and distribution of uniforms and PPE Your skills and experience Experience using SAP is highly desired. 3 years in a similar administration/coordination position Superior written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated customer service focus with the ability to build effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel and Word) Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy Demonstrated ability to be organised, prioritise work, and manage time effectively.
