Customer Service Officer Seeking a motivated Customer Service Attendant in a Logistics setting. Fulltime hours, immediate start. We have an additional opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to assist their team based in Moorebank. This is your chance to use your existing skills or to learn some valuable new ones as part of an enthusiastic, close-knit team. Key duties: Communicating with customers and clients in-person, over the phone and via email Answer and respond effectively to incoming enquiries Monitor and assist in the coordination of transport Organise daily run sheets for truck drivers Reception duties Provide administrative support to the Customer Service, Accounts, and Warehouse departments To be considered for the role: Be a self-motivated individual who prides themselves on customer service excellence Sound computer skills and ability to learn new systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Accurate data entry ability High attention to detail Unrestricted working rights in Australia Drivers license (Provisional P1 license or above) Desirable: Customer service or administration experience in a warehouse, transport, or logistics setting will set you apart but is not essential Hours of Work: 38 hour week. Mon - Thurs 9:00am - 5:30pm. Friday finish at 3:00pm (early mark) Rate of Pay: $31.00 per hour Office location: Moorebank, NSW, 2170 This position is ongoing casual with a view to permanency after your probation period.
