We have an additional opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to assist their team based in Moorebank. Key duties: Communicating with customers and clients in-person, over the phone and via email Answer and respond effectively to incoming enquiries Monitor and assist in the coordination of transport Organise daily run sheets for truck drivers Reception duties Provide administrative support to the Customer Service, Accounts, and Warehouse departments To be considered for the role: Be a self-motivated individual who prides themselves on customer service excellence Sound computer skills and ability to learn new systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Accurate data entry ability High attention to detail Unrestricted working rights in Australia Drivers license (Provisional P1 license or above) Desirable: Customer service or administration experience in a warehouse, transport, or logistics setting will set you apart but is not essential Hours of Work: 38 hour week. Mon - Thurs 9:00am - 5:30pm.
