Territory Rent-A-Car Pty Ltd Position : Full Time Location : Alice Springs Salary : $55,000 - $70,000 a year Territory rent-a-car Pty Ltd is one of the largest franchisees of Thrifty Car Rental Australia and has been in business for over 30 years. It operates at major airports, metropolitan and regional locations in the Northern Territory. Due to expansion Territory rent-a-car is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Retail Supervisor to join their team. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Support the Branch Manager in regard to operations, staffing, training, and customer service Providing customers with a high standard of service and sales support Provide leadership and guidance for all car rental staff Develop strong relationships with the customer base and build general retail trade Managing and resolving customer queries and complaints Run shifts as needed, including opening and closing the shop, managing cash, and ensuring the safety of the shop Managing rosters and leave requirements appropriately Continuously build and keep updated on knowledge of our cars and services Achieve a standard of excellence in our work processes and outcomes, ensuring adherence to company policies Promote, implement and comply with health and safety procedures Skills and Experience: Two years of relevant experience Relevant qualification Outstanding customer service and sales support Ability to lead a team with effective communication and management skills Highly self-motivated individual with an excellent work ethic Time management skills with the ability to multi-task Determination, passion, and drive for results An excellent telephone manner, with well-developed verbal and written communication skills and highly developed attention to detail If you think you've got the skills and experience to join their team, please apply now.
