Customer Service Officer — Arndell Park, Blacktown Area

The Role Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing top notch service and support to customers across the country. Your priority is handling phone calls and emails from franchisees, industrial customers and distributors. Day to day responsibilities will include: Handling enquiries relating to sales orders, products and parts availability and pricing, product specifications and general information Provided technical product information - including parts identification, researching information etc. Updating and maintaining relevant information in the ERP system Preparing quotations, processing orders, liaising with various stakeholders and following up to complete orders You To be considered for an interview, you will possess the following: Trade qualified, subject matter expert in automotive tools and parts Mechanical aptitude and automotive interest, ideally with knowledge in interpreting, researching and communicating technical products and parts Savvy computer skills including MS Word, MS Outlook and quick to learn new systems and procedures Strong attention to detail, administration and time management skills Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal What's on Offer?
