The Opportunity We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, with exceptional communication, organisational and precision skills to join our dynamic team based in Tweed Heads . Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment and demonstrate your passion for exceptional customer service. Being the face of Lysaght for our customers, you will: interact with our customers over the phone, email and in person at the trade counter managing quotes, projects, orders, design and queries follow-up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities collaborate with internal stakeholders including, warehouse, transport, procurement and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience More About You With your positive attitude and willingness to develop yourself in the role you will need to bring: excellent communication skills – and being able to build effective relationships a high attention to detail, focus and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues a team-oriented mindset a willingness to grow and develop yourself a dependable and reliable work ethic Why BlueScope As BlueScope continues to go from strength to strength, a career with us provides you with the opportunity to grow and be rewarded.
