The company: Our client is a market leader in freight and logistics solutions Benefits: • Free Parking on site • Progression opportunities • Positive culture The Role: • Process incoming orders from customers/clients via phone and email • provide updates on current order status and estimated times of arrival • Log relevant/necessary information efficiently • Liaise with carriers on consignment pickups, deliveries/delays, and other freight-related issues • Build and maintain internal and external relationships • Actively participate in continuous improvements • Management of the database Skills and experience: You are experienced within customer service and enjoy working with people.
