We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join one of Australia's most well-known brands. Based in Knoxfield this permanent full time opportunity will be an all rounder role working closely with the Dispatch Co-ordinator and Inventory Controller. Key Responsibilities: Complete processing and documentation for customer orders; Ensure compliance with CoR, HVNL, and other relevant requirements; Picking and packing of orders; Follow SOPs for pick/pack across Bulk DC, Retail, E-commerce, and Marketing streams; Adhere to all processes and procedures and perform any additional duties as required; Assist the Inventory Controller with cross-functional tasks; Manage the stock transfer process and action put-away sheets from forklift drivers; Perform daily and ad hoc cycle counts; Coordinate with the Inventory Controller for transfers and other inventory-related tasks. Qualifications: Proficiency in order processing and data entry; LF forklift license (an advantage but not essential); Experience in supervising or leading a team; Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Suite; Effective written and verbal communication skills.
